Photo Software / Fotobearbeitungsprogramm

One of my favorite (and easiest) online photo Software programs is PicMonkey. I don’t use it that often, since I usually find all my needs in Gimp, but occasionally I have a look for their latest effects. Nowadays a lot of their features are only available for paying guests, but I was so happy to see a lot of new and free effects during my recent visit on their site. 

Eines meiner Lieblings- Online Fotobearbeitungs-Programme ist PicMonkey. Ich benutze es nicht so häufig, da ich meistens mit Gimp sehr zufrieden bin, doch hin und wieder sehe ich nach, was sie sich Neues haben einfallen lassen. Heutzutage kosten viele dieser Neuerungen zwar Geld, doch bei meinem letzten Besuch entdeckte ich neue Effekte und Textures, die nicht zu den Premiumangeboten gehören.

On this picture I added a new Bokeh circle effect, a bit of Radiance (both in “Effects”) and went for a Space texture (in “Textures”). With the pop-up paint tool, you can usually remove the effects and textures from yourself, or whatever you want to have without effect in the photo. Here I removed almost all of the Space texture from me, but left a little bit on the dress.
In diesem Bild spielte ich mit dem neuen ‚Bokeh circle‘ Effect, fügte ein wenig ‚Radience‘ hinzu (beides findet man unter ‚Effects‘) und legte eine Galaxie Struktur über das Ganze (Space texture in ‚Textures‘.) Fast alle Effekte und Texturen kann man teilweise wieder wegradieren, hier habe ich die Galaxie von mir selbst entfernt, aber einen kleinen Rest auf dem Kleid gelassen.

In the second picture (I know that my face always looks like a round moon, when photographed from down to up ^^) I played with light trails (also in Textures), added different sparkle stars (found in “Overlays”) which were allowed to sparkle on the skirt as well. I also found these pretty retro tulips, which are in the Graphic Blooms folder (also in “Overlays”.)
Im zweiten Bild (ich weiß, daß mein Gesicht immer nach Mond aussieht, wenn das Bild aus der Froschpersektive fotografiert wird ^^) spielte ich mit den ‚Light Trails‘ (ebenfalls in ‚Textures‘) und fügte die ‚Sparkle Stars‘ hinzu (im Ordner ‚Overlays‘) die auch auf dem Rock glitzern dürfen. Daraufhin fand ich diese tollen Retroblumen unter ‚Graphic Blooms‘ (in ‚Overlays‘.)

You can change their colors directly or see how it looks with different Blend modes. 

Man kann die Farben direkt in dem Pop Up Fenster verändern, oder man probiert die verschiedenen ‘Blend Modes’.

These effects will come in handy, when I change my blog header for a spring/summer theme :)

Diese Effekte werden sehr nützlich sein, wenn ich mein Blog Titelbild von den Schneeflocken befreie und endlich ein Frühling/Sommer Bild bastel :)
